This is vital because you need other WOMEN to help you get to where you need to be. You need to be invited to the room to even be CONSIDERED to sit at the table.

What does that mean? 

It means whatever you're doing now will get you to the room; whatever you do there will get you a seat at the table.  When we say faith without work is dead, this is what we mean. Your faith gets you moving, your moving MOVES your gifts, your actions are seen, NOT HEARD, and BAM, there you have it.
