Wear the C.R.O.W.N.

Ladies, what are you doing to build you, be you, and have people SEEK YOU and YOUR VOICE?

Look at this picture:

Yes, I was truly feeling myself in this picture. It was because I decided to love myself and do more ME than I had ever wanted to (this particular year), and it was shown in a CELL PHONE CAMERA PICTURE!!

This next picture is me feeling awesome and loving me as well, yet also, embracing ME!!!

The importance of my sharing these photos is to help you see why wearing the crown is vital. You are an entrepreneur; you are fearfully and wonderfully made. With this understanding you know, as an heir to the kingdom, you need to speak those things that are NOT as though they are; which means you have a voice and it needs to be heard.

What is a speaker? A Queen that wears a C.R.O.W.N.

C: Command the Room

Walk in the room with all poise and royalty and say to yourself all eyes are on me! Now you're the keynote speaker or breakout teacher and you want all those people to notice you. This can be done without being over the top, with the right attire, and, surely, without speaking. Yes, you can have a voice and command the room without saying a word.

Your spirit should reach the people before you even start speaking.

R: Read the Room

While smiling and nodding and commanding the room, read the room. Who is in the room? Get to know the people before you speak to them; allow your spiritual discernment to pull out the individuals in the audience who need you. No, you're not looking for the billionaire or the poor man, you're looking at the needs of the spirit man. You have a resolution to the problem. Some of you are saying, isn't that part of what my speech is about? Maybe, but how can you hone in and make great eye contact if you don't read the room BEFORE your introduction?

O: Own the Room

Baby, you're the speaker. Glide across the floor in those 4-inch heels, platforms, or Converse. No matter what you're wearing OWN IT. Afro-puff or, or newly permed blond locks. You are in this to win it! No, do not have an air about you that says hoity-toity before you get to the stage, but walk in integrity, humility, and, of course, royalty! Even if you're just the Mistress of Ceremonies, OWN IT before you open your mouth.

W: Wow the Room

Now, you're on stage. You've been introduced and you're ready to get started. You get to the podium grab the sides, or they hand you the mic and you hold tight, BUT, before you speak, your eyes linger across the audience, you say thank you to the MC, and then:

HELLO, I'M _________________, A VICTIM OF CIRCUMSTANCE, A WOMAN OF MYSTERY, AN INTERNATIONAL MOTHER, AND THE QUEEN OF A LITTLE TOWN CALLED MY LIFE. I'M NOT HERE TO TALK ABOUT ME, BUT SHARE ME AND HELP YOU.

WOW, BAM, WOW!
Take your 30-second elevator speech to another level and give them a throat punch, a virtual glass of non-alcoholic champagne, and say "Shall we continue?" in ONE BREATH. You have already commanded, read, and owned the room, why should wow fall flat? Wow...and don't be afraid.

N: Negate the Norm in the Room

Now this could be during the question and answer portion of the event or right after you've left the stage. Here is where people will try to trump your truth and downplay all you have said because of what the rest of the world says. Remember, you own the room. So, don't falter and don't sway; no fear zone here.

Their question:
"How can you help me walk in my nobility, when you just started walking in yours?" (type questions)

Your answer:
I have finally accepted my crown recently,  but I owned my nobility the day the Lord called me. The difference is you see the visible crown I've been carrying behind my back. (keep wowing the room)

As the bible is an answer to everything we have questions and, always be ready for whatever the naysayers are.

God bless!
Now, wear THE C.R.O.W.N.
